Because of the escalation of sleep problems, people (possibly you) need tools to help themselves . Here are some possible tools for you to choose from. I will be posting more every once in a while, but these are the main ones. If you are on here and are having problems with your sleep, please remember that you are the most important person of your life; take care of yourself. Don’t be scared to talk about your feelings and don’t be scared to say, “Lack of sleep is an issue in my life .” A lot can be done. These tools won’t fix the problem, but they will get you started on the right track.
